                   Appellants were tried by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kashmore in Sessions Case No.77/2012, State v. Shahoo Soilangi & another, Crime No.25/2012 of PS Kashmore, under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C & 170, P.P.C.  The appellants were convicted and sentenced under Section 489-C, P.P.C to undergo R.I. for seven years and to pay the fine of Rs.5000/- (five thousand) each.  Judgment has been impugned. 

                   This is an application for suspension of the sentence awarded to the appellants for seven years R.I. and to pay the fine of Rs.5000/- (five thousand) each.  Learned Counsel for the appellants states that sentence is short one and disposal of the appeal will take some time.  Learned advocate relied upon unreported order of this Court dated 30.10.2009 passed in Crl. Bail Application No.D-69/2009 re Pervez Unar v. The State.

                   Learned State Counsel recorded no objection for suspension of the sentence.

                   As sentence is short one, hearing of the appeal will take some time.  Learned State Counsel has recorded no objection.  In the above-cited authority, sentence of seven years has been suspended.  Other irregularities and illegalities in the conduct of the trial have also been highlighted.  Hence sentence of the appellants is suspended and they are enlarged on bail upon their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.
