            Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s): -

(a) To direct respondents No.2 and 2 to take concrete steps for the arrest of accused of case crime No.03/2012 of P.S Mahota, and submit such report before this Court.

(b) To direct respondent No.4 to provide protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of accused of crime No.03/2012, P.S Mahota.

            Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. The S.S.P, Larkana, in his comments has stated that during course of investigation in Crime No.03/2012, of P.S Mahota, nominated accused Rashid and Naveed have been arrested. The learned State Counsel pointed out that after investigation, challan has been submitted and that is pending before the competent Court of law. The learned counsel for the petitioner requests that trial Court may be directed to make efforts for the accused of accused nominated in the case.

            In these circumstances, the trial Court is directed to make all the possible efforts for the arrest of accused wanted in above crime; if necessary the NBWs against absconding accused shall be sent to the S.S.P, Larkana, for execution through responsible officer now below the rank of D.S.P. In view of the above observations, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
