                        Through this constitutional petition, petitioner Mohammad Ali Mahar  has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call upon respondents No.1 and 3, restraining them from causing harassment to petitioner, in any manner, and not to disturb petitioner from peaceful possession over his own plot/land.

b) Direct respondent No.2 (S.S.P Shikarpur) to provide protection to person and property of the petitioner as guaranteed under the constitution, and to take legal action against respondents No.1 and 3, as per law for their illegal acts.

c) To award costs.

d) Grant any other equitable relief.

                        Notices  were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments were filed by the respondents No.1 and 2 in which it is stated that legal protection shall be provided to the petitioner.

             Learned State Counsel also states that official respondents are bound to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with the law. 

            In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner states that he is satisfied from such statement and does not press the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
