                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Muhammad Shafi Shaikh has prayed for the following relief(s):

a) direct the respondents No.1, 2 and 3 to make necessary arrangements for the payment of lawful dues in the light of judgment and decree dated 17.12.2009 and 18.12.2009 respectively passed by learned 3^rd Senior Civil Judge, Larkana without loss of time.

b) Award costs of the petition.

c) Grant any other equitable and adequate relief in view of the above stated facts and circumstances of the case.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. At the very out set, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that execution application has also been allowed but decree has not been satisfied. Learned Addl. A. G submits that Constitutional Petition is not maintainable. Executing Court has vast powers to execute the decree. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to the trial Court to pass appropriate orders to execute the decree within one month. Executing Court is directed to pass appropriate orders to execute the decree within one month. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
