4.                     Applicant/accused Mukhtiar Hussain Lashari seeks protective bail in Crime No.17/2012, registered at Police Station  Rasheed Waggan, under sections 365-B, 376, 337-J, 294, 354, 344, 506/2, PPC

                        It is inter alia contended that the challan has been submitted in the Court of learned Judge Anti-Terrorism Court, Larkana. Applicant is prepared to surrender before the trial Court but apprehends his arrest as he has been shown as absconder in the charge sheet. Mr. Ameer Ahmed Narejo, learned State Counsel is present in the Court in other cases and waives notice of this application and recorded no objection, in case protective bail is granted to the applicant/accused to surrender before the trial Court.

                        Without touching the merits of the protective bail, applicant Mukhtiar Hussain is admitted to protective bail for the period of four days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lacs) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. The applicant shall surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to effect as soon as the applicant surrenders before the trial Court, whichever is earlier. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
