            Through this constitution petition, petitioner Mst. Hooran Brohi has prayed for the following reliefs:-

(a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased  to direct the respondents not to cause any kind of harassment to the petitioner or to her family members at the instance of the respondent No.4, and respondent No.3 may be directed to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

(b) Any other equitable relief  this Honourable Court deems fit and proper.

            SHO Police Station Bakrani, and PSI Bashir Ahmed appearing on behalf of SSP Larkana have filed statements in which they have categorically stated that neither petitioner has been harassed nor petitioner shall be harassed in future and every protection shall provided to the petitioner according to law.

            Respondents are directed not to indulge in an y activity contrary to law. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
