                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Mst. Mumtaz Mastoi has prayed for the following reliefs :-

a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to record statement of petitioner and thereafter send her to Dar-ul-Aman, Larkana in order of save life of petitioner and provide protection to her;

b) Any other relief this Honourable Court deems fit and proper be awarded to the petitioner.

                   Mst. Mumtaz was sent to Dar-ul-Aman, Larkana by this Court on 16.2.2012 at her own request, as she apprehended danger to her life.  The statement of Mst. Mumtaz is recorded today in Court, in which she has categorically stated that she may be set at liberty, as she has no danger to life.  At her request, after discharge from Dar-ul-Aman, she may be set at liberty, as she is sui juris and categorically stated that there is no danger to her life.  However, keeping the prevailing circumstances of the area, S.S.P., Larkana is directed to provide every protection to the petitioner from Dar-ul-Aman, Larkana to the place of her destination, so also in future.  Let the copy of order be faxed to S.S.P., Larkana for compliance. 

                   The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
