          Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s) :

(a) To issue a writ of Rule Nisi in respect of detainee namely Mst. Seema wife of petitioner with directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to immediately recover detainee from wrongful confinement of private respondents and produce her before this Court.

(b) To record statement of detainee and set her at liberty.

          Notices were issued to the respondents; comments were called. Additional SHO P.S Badeh is present in Court and submits that alleged detainee Mst. Seema is produced by her father. Statement of Mst. Seema is recorded, in which she has stated she is passing happy life with her parents; she has not contracted marriage with petitioner. Mst. Seema intends to go and reside with her father. She is allowed to go and reside with her father.

          In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition more, and it is disposed of accordingly. At this juncture counsel for the respondents submit that the Mst. Seema and her father apprehend danger to their lives at the hands of petitioner party, therefore, he prays for providing them protection. The Addl. SHO P.S Badeh, who is present in Court is directed to provide lawful protection to Mst. Seema and her father.
