Mr. Ameer Ahmed Narejo, State Counsel, alongwith Inspector Ghulam Ali Brohi, SHO PS Ratodero, PSI Muhammad Haneef Metlo on behalf of SSP, Larkana and Zulfiqar Abbas Langah, DSP Ratodero.

                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioners have prayed for following reliefs :-

a) That this honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide protection to the petitioners who apprehend danger to their lives at the hands of respondents No.3 to 5;

b) This Hon’ble Court further be pleased to record statement of petitioner No.1 and in light of her statement she may be set at liberty to live her life;

c) Award costs of the petition;

d) Any other relief, which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper, be also awarded to the petitioner.

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G.  Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 and 2.

                   In the comments, it is mentioned that official respondents are duty bound to provide every protection to the petitioners, if and when required.  Such statement is placed on the record.  Learned Addl. A. G., further submits that every protection to the lives and property of the petitioners shall be provided. 

                   In these circumstances on the basis of the statements and undertaking given by the learned State Counsel, learned advocate for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
