                        Applicant and his counsel are called absent. Mr. Akeel Ahmed Bhutto, advocate for respondent No.1 submits that transfer application was filed in the year of 2011. Mr. Muhammad Yameen, District & |Sessions Judge has been transferred. Presently Mr. Muneer Ahmed Shaikh is District & Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot. From the perusal of the transfer application, it transpires that the applicant had grievance against the then District & Sessions Judge. Transfer Application cannot be kept pending for a long time. Therefore, Transfer Application is dismissed with direction to the learned District & Sessions Judge to proceed with the appeal expeditiously in accordance with the law.

                        Transfer Application stands disposed of.
