            Despite repeated efforts  NBWs could not be executed against the President of the petitioner’s society.  We would, in the circumstances, direct the office to consign the matter to record with instruction that no proceedings, filed by Muhammad Naeem Khan, so-called President of the Petitioner’s society, be entertained, without appearing before this Court and making application in the instant proceedings.
