                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Mst. Bhalli Jafferi has prayed for the following reliefs :-

a) That, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call upon respondents No.1 & 2, restraining them from causing harassment to the petitioner and his family members in any manner, with further directions to respondent No.1, to return to petitioner her looted valuables/property.

b) That, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct respondent No.2, to record statement of the petitioner, and if from her statement a cognizable offence is made out, enter it into 154, Cr.P.C book, and proceed in.

c) To award costs.

d) To grant any other equitable relief, under the circumstances of the case.

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Respondents No.1 and 2 have filed the comments, in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner.  Miss Safia Paryal Chandio, advocate, files objections on behalf of proposed accused Ghulam Nabi and Khalid Hussain, though no notice was issued against them.

                   In the comments filed by official respondents No.1 and 2, it is stated that on 26.11.2012 Khalid Hussain Mirani lodged F.I.R No.72/2012, under section 365-A, PPC against Hazaro Jafferi and others.  Petitioner has filed the petition to save the culprits nominated in the above-mentioned F.I.R.  However, allegation of the harassment has been denied.  Respondent No.1 has also stated that allegations are false.  Learned State Counsel submits that so far protection to the life of the petitioner is concerned, every protection as provided in law shall be provided to petitioner Mst. Bhalli.  SDPO, Khanpur and SHO PS Chak present in the Court also state that they will ensure every safety and security to the life of petitioner.  Regarding contention of learned advocate for petitioner that some household articles have been taken away by the police officials, S.S.P., Shikarpur shall hold impartial enquiry and such report shall be submitted before this Court within one month.  Mr. Faiz Muhammad Larik, advocate for petitioner, is satisfied from such statements and undertaking given by learned State Counsel and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
