                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Ibraheem Kaloee has prayed for the following relief(s):

a)                  That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondent No.5 to provide protection to the life, liberty, family, honour and property of the petitioner and his family members and ensure recovery of looted money from Respondents No.1 to 4 and deliver the same to the petitioner and further direct Respondents to provide the details/list of cases if any against the Petitioner and his family members.

b)                  To restrain the Respondents from causing harassment for the petitioner and his family members and further restrain them from unnecessarily and illegally arresting the Petitioner and his family members and further restrain them from pressurizing the Petitioner and his family members for forcing the legal heirs of deceased Ramzan Kaloee to withdraw his murder case.

c)                  To direct the In-charge of Police Station Boriri to record the statement of Petitioner and register the case in respect of cognizable offence U/S 17/3 E.H.O against the respondents No.1 to 4 and other unknown police officials.

d)                  Award costs of the petition.

 

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Mr. Ali Raza Pathan, learned State Counsel undertakes that official respondents shall not cause any harassment to the petitioner and protection as provided in law shall also be provided to the petitioner. Official respondents shall also submit fortnight report regarding protection provided to the petitioner so far his threat to the life is concerned. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied from such undertaking and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
