Mr. Mubshar Ali Solangi, advocate along with applicant Abid Ali Solangi.

1.                     Urgent application is granted.

2.                     Granted subject to all just exceptions.

3.                     The applicant/accused Abid Ali Solangi seeks protective bail in crime No.226/2012 registered against him at Police Station Airport, Malir Karachi for offences under section 496-A, of Women Protection Ordinance and 34, PPC.

                        It is inter alia contended that the applicant married to one Bushra against the wishes of her parents and  FIR in above mentioned crime has been lodged by one Muhammad Akhtar. Serious malafide on the part of the police and complainant have been alleged. It is contended that the applicant is prepared to surrender before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Malir Karachi.

                        Without touching the merits, protective bail for the period of four days is granted to the applicant/accused  subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. The applicant shall surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Malir Karachi in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have effect after the expiry of four days. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
