Mr. Ameer Ahmed Narejo, State counsel along with Deedar Ali Jalbani, District Education Officer Kamber Shahdadkot and Iftikhar Hussain Mirani, Assistant District Accounts Officer, Kamber-Shahdadkot.

          District Education Officer, Kamber Shahdadkot present in Court states that bill regarding arrears of salaries of the petitioners shall be prepared by him within three days thereafter same shall be deposited in the office of District Accounts Officer Kamber Shahdadkot. Mr.Iftikhar Hussain Mirani, Assistant District Accounts Officer, Kamber-Shahdadkot is present in Court and submits that after completion of formalities bills shall be passed within two days of its receipt.

          In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
