                   At the very out set Mr. Muhammad Ismail Bhutto, learned D.A.G has placed on record copy of the letter dated October 11, 2012 regarding regularization of contract basis/daily wages employees in the ministries/division/attached department autonomous bodies Organizations, which shows that services of petitioner No.1 Javed Ahmed Bughio have been regularized as Chowkidar since 01.8.2012. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the case of petitioner No.2 to 4 is identical in nature as that of petitioner No.1. Mr.Muhammad Ismail Bhutto, learned D.A.G submitted that case of petitioners No.2 to 4 is in progress for regularization with the competent authority. Therefore, learned advocate for petitioners is satisfied and if petition is disposed of with direction to Controller F&A, PTDC Motels to consider the case of the petitioners No.2 to 4 as the case of petitioner No.1 has been considered. This exercise should be completed within the period of two months.

                   By consent petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
