· Urgency application granted.

· It is inter-alia contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that applicant has been involved in this case falsely by the Investigating Officer of the case. The name of the applicant does not transpire in the FIR, however, after recording the statement under Section 162 Cr.P.C the applicant has been shown absconder in the challan sheet and the trial Court after accepting the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C has issued N.B.Ws against the applicant/accused. Learned counsel further contended that applicant wants to surrender before the trial Court, but due to issuance of NBWs: he apprehends his arrest without an opportunity of hearing; he prays for grant of four days protective bail, with request that NBWs: ordered to be issued may be suspended.

            Without touching merits of the case, protective bail for four days is granted to the applicant subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. On furnishing of surety the operation of NBWs stands suspended. Applicant shall surrender before learned Judge,  Antiterrorism Court, Shikarpur, in aforesaid period. The effect of this order shall cease on expiry of four days, or on appearance of the applicant before trial Court, whichever is earlier.
