                        Assistant Director, Darul Aman, Larkano has filed letter, same is taken on record. Mr. Ather Abbas Solangi, learned advocate for petitioner has filed an application under section 491, Cr.P.C stating therein that Mst.Mumtaz Khatoon  has been illegally detained at Darul Aman. Assistant Director, Darul Aman was directed to produce Mst. Mumtaz Khatoon along with relevant record. Today, Assistant Director, Darul Aman has appeared and gave in writing that Mst. Mumtaz Khatoon is not detained at Darul Aman. She has further stated that Mst. Mumtaz Khatoon has been set at liberty on the orders of the Court passed in C.P.No.90/2012. In these circumstances, the petition is without merits and it is dismissed.
