            Applicants/accused Shahmir, Saddam and Papoo seek protective bail in Crime No.295/2012, registered against them at PS Kandhkot, under Sections 324, 337-F (i), 148, 149, 504 PPC.

            It is inter-alia contended by learned Advocate for  applicants/accused that applicants intends to surrender before learned Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot, but they apprehend danger of their arrest on the way to the Court of Sessions.

            Without touching merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for four days from today on their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. The applicants shall surrender before learned Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot within the period of four days. This order shall cease to have affect on expiry of four days, or the date when the applicants surrender before Court of Sessions, whichever is earlier.

            Application stands disposed of.
