            Through this constitution petition, petitioners Mst.Aamina Chandio and Hubdar Ali have prayed for the following relief(s):-

(a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to restrain respondents from causing unnecessary harassment to the petitioners in any manner.

(b) That this Honourable Court further be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 and 9 to provide protection to the petitioners.

(c) That this Honourable Court may further be pleased to direct the private respondents, not to take law into their hands and give undertaking to the effect that they will not cause any harassment to the petitioners and allow them to live with each other as husband and wife as per their wishes.

(d) Award costs.

(e) Grant any other equitable relief.

            Notices were issued to the respondents. Comments have been filed by respondents No.1, 2 and 9 in which it is stated that respondents have never harassed the petitioners nor petitioners shall be harassed in future and every protection as provided in law shall be provided to the petitioners. SHO PS Warah is also present in Court.  He is directed to provide protection to the petitioners and submit fortnight report regarding safety and security of the petitioners through Additional Registrar of this Court. In these circumstances,  learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
