            Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s):

 

·        To call upon respondents No.1, 2 and 4, restraining them from causing harassment to the petitioner in any manner.

 

·        To direct respondent No.3 to take lawful action against respondents No.1, 2 and 4 for their illegal acts as disclosed above and to provide all the possible protection to the petitioner.

 

·        To direct respondent No.1 to produce list of cases, if any, registered against the petitioner.

 

            Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondents. In the comments, the respondent No.1 has denied the allegations and stated that  respondent No.4  Liaquat Ali had lodged FIR bearing crime No.03/2011, under Section 17 (3) of the Offences Against Property (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, against the petitioner and others at PS Airport, Jacobabad. Regarding allegations of harassment, it is stated that never petitioner was harassed by the respondent No.1, nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. The respondent No.2 has also denied the allegations and it is stated that no harassment or pressure whatsoever has been developed upon the petitioner, nor it will be done in future. The D.P.O, has also denied the allegations and stated that never petitioner approached him for redressal of his grievance.

 

            The learned State Counsel submits that the official respondents are directed to conduct themselves in accordance with law and would not indulge in any activity contrary to the law. In these circumstances, learned Advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.
