                        Through this petition, the petitioner Mohammad Murad Abro has prayed  for the  following relief(s):-

a.  That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondent NO.4  to 9  not issue threats to the petitioner and his family and not cause them illegal harassment, and also did not demand him  illegal gratification/tax the respondents No.1 to 3  may be directed to give the protection to the petitioner and her family according to law.

b. To award the costs of the petition to the petitioner.

c. Any other relief under the circumstances  may  also be granted to the petitioner.

                        Notices were  issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments are filed by respondents No.1 to 9 in which it is stated that neither the petitioner  has been harassed nor  they shall be harassed in future.   The official respondents  further stated in their comments  that legal protection shall be provided to the petitioner  in accordance with the law.  Learned State Counsel also undertakes that the official respondents shall  conduct themselves in accordance with the law. 

                        In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
