            Through this constitution petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

(a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondents No.01 to 03 not to harass the petitioner without due course of law.

(b) Award costs of the petition.

(c) Any other relief, which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper, be also awarded to the petitioner.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by respondents N\o.1 and 2. The private respondents No.3 and 4 in their comments have denied the allegations and stated that real fact is that car has been sold by the brother of respondent No.3 namely Sarfraz Ibrahim to the petitioner and petitioner failed to pay the balance amount of Rs.3,15000/- thereafter petition has been filed. The other allegations regarding harassment have also been denied. Official respondents in the comments have stated that no harassment has been caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the above does not press this petition more and it is accordingly  disposed of without prejudice to civil rights between the parties, if any.
