                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Imdad Ali Khokher has prayed for the following relief(s) :-

a. This Honourable Court may pleased to direct the respondent No.1/SHO P.S Ratodero to issue letter for medical treatment and after issuance  of medical certificate by M.O, register the FIR of the petitioner as per the version mentioned hereinabove.

b. To direct the respondent No.1, to get return the valuables as mentioned above to the petitioner.

c. To direct the respondent No.1, to provide protection to the petitioner.

d. To grant any relief(s) to the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

e. To award the costs of the petition.

            Notices  were issued to the  respondents as well as A.A.G.  SHO P.S Ratodero is present  in Court and states  that  the petitioner  has never appeared   at Police Station  for lodging  his report against PC Boolo Khan.  SHO states that as soon as  the petitioner  appears  he will  conduct  himself  in accordance with the law. In case  from the statement of petitioner, a cognizable offence is made out he will record the FIR against PC Boolo Khan.  In these circumstances, learned advocate  for the petitioner does not press the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
