                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Ashfaque Hussain Mangrio, has prayed for the following relief(s) :-

a. That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleaed to direct the  respondents to provide protection to the life, liberty and aforementioned property of the petitioner.

b. To restrain the respondents from creating  harassment  for the petitioner  and from forcing him to handover the property mentioned above to the private respondents.

c. Award costs of the petition.

d. Any  other equitable relief be granted to the petitioner.

            Notices  were issued to the  respondents as well as A.A.G.  Respondents No.1 and 2 have filed their comments.  Mr.Ali Hassan Narejo, advocate  has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondents NO.3 to 5 so also application/statement on behalf of  respondents No.3 to 5 in which It is stated that no harassment  has been caused to petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future.  Official  respondents  No.1 and 2 have already filed comments  in which they have stated  that no harassment whatsoever   has been caused  to the petitioner nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future.

             Learned State Counsel submits that every protection as provided under the law shall also be provided to the petitioner and respondents shall conduct  themselves in accordance with the law and shall not indulge in any activity contrary to law.

             In these circumstances, learned advocate  for the petitioner does not press the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
