                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Muhammad Saleem, has prayed for the following relief(s) :-

a.                  That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to declare the action of respondents to create unjustified harassment for the petitioners and their family as null and void.

b.                 To issue a writ of prohibition restraining the respodnents and any body else acting on their behalf, from causing harassment  for the petitioners and their family and from raiding their houses and from arresting and detaining them.

c.                 To direct the Respondent No.8 to provide proper protection to the lives, liberty and property of the petitioners and further direct the respondents to provide the list/details of cases if any against the petitioners.

d.                 Award costs of the petition.

e.                 Any  other equitable relief be granted to the petitioner.

            Notices  were issued to the  respondents as well as A.A.G.  Respondents No.1  to 5  have filed their comments  in which they have stated  that no harassment whatsoever has been caused  to the petitioner nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future.

             Learned State Counsel submits that every protection as provided under the law shall also be provided to the petitioner and respondents shall conduct  themselves in accordance with the law and shall not indulge in any activity contrary to law.

             In these circumstances, learned advocate  for the petitioner does not press the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
