            Applicant Gulsher has moved an application under section 561-A, Cr.P.C for return of solvency certificate No.SR/300 of 2008 dated 6.12.2008 issued by Mukhtiarkar, Shikarpur. It is mentioned in the application that applicant Gulsher had stood surety for accused Rahib alias Lahoti and Ali Khan who were granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court in Crl. B.A No.762/2008 in the sum of Rs.200,000/-each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court vide orders dated 12.12.2008. Thereafter bail application was disposed of as not pressed on 12.2.2009 on the ground that names of the above named accused were placed in column No.2 of the challan submitted by police. Surety submits that solvency certificate is no more required. The same may be returned to him.

            Learned State counsel recorded no objection, therefore, solvency certificate No.SR-300/2008 dated 6.12.2008 be returned to the surety after proper verification and identification. Concerned Mukhtiarkar is directed to delete the entry kept by him on the orders of this Court. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
