            Through this constitution petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s):-

a. That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide full legal protection to the petitioners, family members and relatives of the petitioner No.2 against the parents and relatives of the petitioner No.1 thereby allowing the petitioners to live happy married life as husband and wife.

b. Direct the Respondent No.1 and 2 to assure that no any case will be registered against the  petitioners and the family members, as well as other relatives.

c. This Honourable Court may also be pleased to direct respondent No.1 and 2 not register any false case in relation to marriage of the petitioners, and OR if any FIR in relation to marriage or abduction of petitioner No.1 has been registered, the same may be quashed.

d. To award costs.

e. Grant any other equitable relief.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G with directions to file parawise comments. The respondent NO.1 has filed comments. Learned counsel for the petitioners has gone through the comments and stated that he is satisfied from the statements which has been placed on record.

            Learned State counsel also concedes that every protection as provided in law shall be provided to the petitioner in accordance with law.

            Under these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
