                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s) :-

a. That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call upon respondent NO.1, restraining him from causing harassment to  petitioner party in any manner.

b. To direct respondent No.1, to record statement of petitioner as per his verbatim, and if from his statement a cognizable  offence is made out to enter it into 154 Cr.P.C book and to proceed in accordance with the law.

c. To direct respondent No.1 and 9 to provide  lawful protection  to the life and property of petitioner.

d. To award costs of the petition.

e. Any other equitable relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper  under the circumstances of the case.

                        Notices  were issued to the respondents   as well as A.A.G.    Respondent No.9 has  filed comments in which  stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner.  Learned State Counsel states that  legal protection  shall be provided to the petitioner nor  he intend to harass the  petitioner in future.  In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
