            Through this constitution petition, petitioner Altaf Hussain has prayed for the following relief (s):-

(a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 not to cause any kind of harassment to the petitioner nor to his family members at the instance of private respondents. ‘

(b) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondent No.5 to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

(c) Any other equitable relief this Honourable Court deems fit and proper.

            Notices were issued to respondents as well as  A.A.G. SSP Larkana in his statement/comments has stated that allegations against him are false. SHO PS Ratodero in his comments has stated that neither he has harassed the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future.

            Learned State counsel undertakes that official respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and every protection as provided under the law shall be provided to the petitioner.

            In these circumstances learned counsel for the petitioner does not pres this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
