                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Biland Umrani,  has  prayed for the following relief(s):

i) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 to stop causing harassment to the petitioner and do not extend further illegal help to the private respondents.

ii) To direct the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to ensure protection of life, liberty and property of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.3 & 4.

iii) To award cost of the petition.

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments/statements have been filed by respondents No.1 & 2.  Mr.Niaz Ali Ansari, learned advocate appeared on behalf of private respondents No.3 & 4 and filed written statement in which allegations have been denied and it is stated that there is civil litigation between the parties. In the comments filed by official respondents, it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. Learned State Counsel states that every protection shall be provided to the petitioner as provided in law. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly along with listed applications.
