                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Mst.Subhan Bhand,  has  prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Honourable Court may  be pleased to direct the proposed accused to return all the articles robbed by them from the house of petitioner including domestic animals without loss of time.

b) To direct the respondent No.2 to provide legal protection to the petitioner and her family members and ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioner at the hands of proposed accused.

c) To direct the duty officer/Incharge Police Station Thariri Mohbat to record statement of the petitioner and if from the statement a cognizable offence is made out, incorporate it into 154, Cr.P.C and proceed further in accordance with the law.

d) Award costs.

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. At the very out set learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to the official respondents for providing protection to the petitioner. Official respondents are directed to provide protection to the petitioner as provided in law. So far other relief(s) are concerned, learned advocate for the petitioner would be at liberty to approach proper forum if so advised. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
