            Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s):

(a) To call upon respondents No.1 to 3 restraining them from causing harassment to petitioner in any manner with further direction to respondent No.1 not to take the law into his hands.

(b) To direct respondents No.2 and 4 to provide adequate protection to life and property of petitioner.

(c) To direct respondent No.2 to take action under chapter proceedings against the respondent No.1, and report the matter to concerned Magistrate.

(d) To direct respondents No.2 and 3 not to register any deliberate false F.I.R, at instance of respondent No.1 against petitioner without prior permission of this Court. 

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondents No. 1 to 3; in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner, nor petitioner will be caused harassment in future.

            Learned State Counsel undertakes that every lawful protection will be provided to the petitioner by official respondents. In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
