                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Mst. Farhana & Muhammad Qasim have prayed for the following relief(s):

a)     Direct the respondents No.1 to 4 not to harass the petitioners and their family members at the behest of private respondents without due course of law.

b)     Direct the respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 5 to provide due and legal protection to the petitioners and their family members against the ill activities of respondent No.4 and not to take any illegal action for separating the petitioners from each other, thereby enabling the petitioners to live happy life as per their wishes.

c)      Award costs of the petition.

 

          Vakalatnama is filed by Messrs Mumtaz Ali Qureshi & Abdul Waheed, advocates, on behalf of respondent No.4, same is taken on record. Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments/statements are filed by respondents No. 2,3 & 5, same are also taken on record. SSP, Sukkur in his comments has stated that legal protection shall be provided to the petitioners and their family members according to law. SHO PS New Pind, Sukkur has also stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioners nor petitioners shall be harassed in future. SHO PS Gaheja has also filed similar statement. Learned advocate for the petitioners in view of the above statements does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.

                    Office of learned Addl. A. G is directed to make arrangements for the safe return of the petitioners to their destinations.
