                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Muhammad Ramzan Bhutto has prayed for the following relief(s):

a) This Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.01, 2 & 3 to cause arrest of the absconding accused(Khuros) nominated in Crime No.32/2012 P.S Ketty Mumtaz who are very influential persons and having political backing of the ruling party.

b) Award cost of the petition, and

c) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deems proper and fit.

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments are filed by respondents No.1 & 2. PSI Akhtar Hussain Burdi representing the SSP, Larkana (respondent No.2), submitted that challan in the above Crime has already been submitted in which all the accused have been shown as absconders. Presently Mr. Ali Nawaz Ghanghro, learned advocate for the petitioner has pointed out that case is pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Larkana and the trial Court has issued N.B.Ws but the same have been returned unexecuted. It is further submitted that absconding accused are present at their houses under the umbrella of the local police. SSP, Larkana shall make efforts for execution of the N.B.Ws issued by the trial Court and such report shall be submitted before this Court through Additional Registrar. Learned trial Court shall proceed with the matter strictly in accordance with the law. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
