                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Sabir Hussain Chandio,  has  prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Honourable Court may  be pleased to call upon  respondents No.1 & 2, so also the private respondents, restraining them from causing harassment to the petitioner in any manner and not to put pressure of any kind upon petitioner for withdrawing case and from stolen property.

b) Direct respondent No.1 & 3 to provide protection to the life, liberty, honour and property of the petitioner as guaranteed  under the constitution.

c) To direct respondent No.1 to take lawful action against the private respondents for their illegal acts as disclosed above, including filing of criminal case.

d) To award costs.

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments/statement is filed by respondents No.1. In the comments, respondent No.1 has stated that he is prepared to provide every protection to the petitioner provided in law and states that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner. Learned State Counsel also stated that every protection in law shall be provided to the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
