                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Syed Qamaruddin Shah  has  prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to call upon official respondents No.1 to 4 restraining them from causing harassment to the petitioner in any manner.

b) Direct respondent 1 to 4 to provide protection to petitioner as guaranteed under the constitution.

c) Award costs.

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments/statements are filed by respondents No.1 & 3, in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future. Protection in law shall be provided to the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
