                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Muhammad Zaman has prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to arrest nominated accused, recover robbed property and submit final report before the competent Court.

b) That this Honourable Court may also be pleased to direct respondents No.2 to 4 to provide legal protection to the petitioner and his family members.

c) That this Honourable Court may also be pleased to direct respondent No.2 to inquire about the release of arrested accused and take action against delinquent officials.

d) To award the costs.

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments/statements are filed by respondents No. 2,3 & 4. Mr.Naimtullah Bhurgari, learned State Counsel has pointed out that challan in Crime No.88/2012 registered at Police Station B-Section Kandhkot under section 452, 506/2, 427, 337-A(i), 147, 148, 149, 504, PPC has been submitted before the competent Court of law. Presently case is pending in the Court of Ist. Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate. The grievance of Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Mahar, learned advocate for the petitioner is that accused wanted in above crime are not being arrested by the concerned police. The trial Court is directed to adopt all the legal methods to secure the arrest of the accused even by issuing NBWs. The trial Court may send NBWs for execution to the concerned SSP with direction to get the same executed through responsible police officer. SSP shall also send report to this Court through Additional Registrar. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.

          Let copy of this order be faxed to SSP concerned for compliance.
