                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed  for the following relief(s):

a. That this Honourable Court may be pleased to appoint Mr.Ali Anwar Gopang, DSP Head Quarter Shikarpur to hold impartial enquiry and submit his report before this Hon’ble Court and then in light of the enquiry report this honourable Court.

b. Award costs of the petition.

c. Any other equitable relief be granted to the petitioner.

                        Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments  were filed by respondents No. 3.  Learned advocate for the petitioner states that case bearing Crime NO.301/2011 registered at P.S Kashmore U/S 9(c) of CNS Act is pending before learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge for CNS.  Advocate for the petitioner would be at liberty to file  the documents in his defence on which reliance has been placed and same shall be considered by the trial Court in accordance with the law.

             In these circumstances, petition stands disposed of accordingly.
