Learned advocate for the applicant submits that Mst.Rehmat daughter of Muhammad Juman and Mst. Farzana daughter of Qasim Fakir were sent to Darul Aman Sukkur by the learned IInd Assistant Sessions Judge, Jacobhabad. Learned advocate for the applicant further submits that one Muhammad Juman father of Mst. Rehmat had submitted an application before the learned IInd Assistant Sessions Judge, Jacobabad for permission to meet his daughter at Darul Aman Sukkur and such permission was allowed. Copy of order dated 04.6.2012 is placed on record. Today application is moved by Muhammad Qasim with the prayer that he intends to meet Mst. Farzana, who is his daughter. Learned advocate for the applicant would be at liberty to approach the learned IInd Assistant Sessions Judge, Jacobabad for the said purpose. So far transfer of custody from Darul Aman Sukkur to Larkana is concerned, this prayer shall also be considered by the learned IInd Assistant Sessions Judge, Jacobabad in accordance with law. Learned IInd Assistant Sessions Judge, Jacobabad shall call both ladies from Darul Amanh and record their statements and to pass appropriate orders. In these circumstance, learned advocate for the applicant Miss Najaf Shah does not press this Misc. Application more and it is disposed of accordingly.
