                        Learned A.A.G  submits that the petitioner shall be appointed as Junior Clerk/Constable according to his qualification and other criteria  whenever there will be vacancy in the Larkana  Region, against sons quota, by SSP Larkana and DIG Police Larkana  Learned advocate for the petitioner  is satisfied by such undertaking by the learned A.A.G and does not press the petition more.   It is disposed of accordingly.
