Brohi, advocate for the applicant/accused submits that  he may be permitted to repeat the bail application before the trial Court on the fresh ground  on filing  the affidavits  by the complainant party.  He does not press  this bail application.  Other side  raised no objection.  He would be at liberty to repeat bail application  on new ground before the trial Court.   The bail application is dismissed  as not pressed.
