            After some arguments Mr. Syed Aijaz Ali Shah, learned counsel for the complainant stated that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to the trial Court for concluding the trial within two months. Learned State counsel submitted that request of the advocate for complainant is reasonable. Mr. Shahbaz Ali M. Brohi, advocate for the accused/ respondents No.1 to 3 has also been heard.

            It has been pointed out that case is fixed for recording of evidence. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of two months under intimation of this court. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the complainant does not press this criminal misc. application and it is disposed of accordingly.
