4.         It is, inter alia, contended that a case bearing crime No. 53/2008  registered at Police Station, Thul under sections 302, 324, 395, 396, 397, 148, 149, PPC. The applicants/accused have no knowledge regarding the case and submission of challan. They have been shown absconders in challan. They intend to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad but non bailable warrants have been issued against the applicants/accused. They apprehend their arrest without hearing them before the trial Court.

            Without touching merits, protective bail for a period of five days is granted to the applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court. The applicants/accused are directed to appear before the trial Court. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or when the applicants surrender before the concerned court whichever occurs earlier. In the meanwhile operation of N.B.Ws shall remain suspended.

            Crl. Bail Application stands disposed of.
