                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):

a) To direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to provide protection to the petitioner, and family members of petitioner and not to harass the petitioner, her husband and other relatives at the instance of the private respondents, as the private respondents want to involve the petitioner and her husband and other relatives in false criminal case of abduction of the petitioner with the help of the respondent No.2 and 3 as well as to direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to cancel the above mentioned false FIR.

b) To restrain the respondents No.2 and 3 not to register the further false FIR against the petitioner and relatives of the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.4, as the petitioner has legally contracted marriage by performing their Nikah after swearing free-will affidavit.

c) To bound down the respondent No.4 not to create any havoc, hindrance and harassment in the peaceful life of the petitioner by getting their surety bond.

d) To award the cost of the petition.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Mr. Ali Raza Pathan, learned State Counsel submits that every protection shall be provided to the petitioner and her family members in accordance with the law and the official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with the law and shall not indulge in any activity contrary to law. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied from the undertaking given by the learned State Counsel and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
