            Through this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s): -

 

(a)               To direct respondents No.1 and 2 to ensure protection of life, liberty and property of petitioner and her second husband at the hands of accused party.

 

(b)               To direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to ensure recording of statement of petitioner and if a cognizable offence is made F.I.R may be registered.

 

(c)                To  direct respondent No.1 to recover the custody of six minor children of petitioner from the house of accused party and produce them before this Court for handing over their custody to petitioner.

 

            Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Today ASI Abdul Razzak of P.S Naperkot, has produced six small children, namely, Murtaza aged about 12 years, Waseem aged    about 10 years, Waqar aged about 08 years, Zahid Ali aged about 06 years, Rukhsana aged about 05 years and Rabia aged about 14 years.

 

            Learned counsel for the petitioner states that children were in illegal detention of the respondents Ali Bilawal and Meeral. The respondents Ali Bux and Anwar Ali present in Court recorded no objection, in case the custody of the children is handed over to the petitioner, the mother of children.  In these circumstances, the custody of children named-above is handed over to petitioner with directions to maintain them properly. It is stated that father of the children has expired. The petitioner shall allow the uncle of children to see the children.

 

            In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
