                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call upon respondents No.1 to 5 restraining them from causing harassment to the petitioners in any manner.

b) Direct respondents No.1 to 4 to provide all the possible protection to the petitioners as guaranteed under the constitution.

c) This Hon’ble Court may also be pleased to direct respondents No.1 to 4 not register any false case in relation to marriage of the petitioners and or if any FIR in relation to marriage and or abduction of petitioner No.1 has been registered the same may be quashed.

d) To award the costs.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments were filed by SHO PS Dokri, respondent No.1 and SSP Larkana, respondent No.2. The respondents in their comments have stated that every protection shall be provided to the petitioners in accordance with the law. SHO PS Dari in his comments has stated that he has never attempted to apprehend the couple or put pressure upon them. Learned State Counsel also stated that the official respondents shall act in accordance with the law. In these circumstances, the learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
