                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call upon respondents No.1 and 2, so also the private respondents restraining them from causing harassment to the petitioners in any manner.

b) Direct respondent No.1 to 3 to provide all the possible protection to the life, honour and liberty of the petitioners as guaranteed under the constitution.

c) To direct private respondents not to take law into their hands and give undertaking to the effect that they will not cause any harassment to the petitioners and will allow them to live with each other as husband and wife.

d) To award costs.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments have been field by the Insp. Arbab Ali Magsi, SHO PS B-Section Shahdadkot, respondent No.1. In the comments, it is stated that SHO PS B-section, Shahdadkot has never caused harassment to the petitioners and he will provide legal protection to the petitioners if and when needed. Learned State Counsel also states that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with the law and would not indulge in any activity contrary to law. Learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied from such statement and undertaking of learned State Counsel and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
