                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Himath Ali has prayed for the following reliefs :-

a) That this honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his familoy members excepting due course of law and further direct the respondent No.3, S.S.P/DPO, Kamber Shahdadkot to provide the shelter to the petitioner and his family;

b) That this honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to produce the copy of F.I.R/cases application pending against him before this honourable Court;

c) Cost of the petition is awarded;

d) Any other relief which this honourable court may deems fit and proper.

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G.

                   Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 to 3, in which it is stated that neither petitioner has been harassed, nor he shall be harassed in future.  Learned State Counsel states that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law and would not indulge in any activity contrary to the law.  Official respondents are directed to act strictly in accordance with law and provide protection to the petitioner as per law.  In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
