                   Through the Constitutional Petition petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :-

a)                 To, direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to cause harassment to the petitioners and their family members without due course of law at the instance of respondents No.4 to 6;

 

b)                 To, appoint some of the officer of this Honourable Court as Commissioner with direction to visit and inspect the above mentioned land and ascertain actual position who is under possession of above said land;

 

c)                  To, direct the respondent No.3 (SSP) Kamber at Shahdadkot to provide legal protection to petitioners and their family members.

 

d)                 Cost of the petition.

 

e)                  Any other relief as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

 

 

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 to 3 and 4 to 6.  In the comments, it is specifically mentioned by SDPO Mirokhan that police has never harassed the petitioners and their family, nor petitioners shall be harassed in future.  Learned State Counsel states that no action shall be taken by the official respondents contrary to the law.  Learned State Counsel also undertakes that every protection as provided under the law shall be provided not only to the petitioners, but respondents No.4 to 6 also.  In these circumstances, learned Counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly. 

                   Learned advocate for the petitioners states that private respondents are causing damage to the graveyard of the village.  Police officials shall ensure safety and security of the graveyard in all respects.
